BIG NEWS!!
On August 11th and 12th we're going to have a Beginner AND Advanced Balboa Intensive workshop with the amazing Balboa talent of Bobby & Kate. You DON'T want to miss this, no matter what level you are. The good news is, intensive format means you'll get individual attention to your dancing. However, each day is limited to 8 leaders and 8 followers so REGISTER NOW - we already have several registrations even before I sent out this email!!!
Location: Our dance studio near the intersection of O'Donnell St. and S. Clinton St.
Cost: $60 per day, $40 for full-time students.
Saturday, August 11: Instant Balboa!
Learn the basics of Balboa and Bal Swing in this action-packed workshop. Four classes, back-to-back instruction. Plan to stay until 5:30 - so we can take some short breaks in between classes.
1pm Basic Balboa I: Basic and come-around
2pm Basic Balboa II: Come-around and Lollies
3pm Basic Balboa III: Toss-outs
4pm Basic Balboa IV: Crossovers
6pm Best Balboa Clips movie party - Open to all registered for EITHER day. We'll pool cash to order pizza, watch great balboa on film, then do some more dancing outside on the deck until dark.
Sunday, August 12: Well, Aren't You Fancy?
Some more advanced Balboa, not for the faint hearted. (By 'faint hearted,' we mean those who don't know the basics yet). Plan to stay until 5:30.

3pm Inter/Adv Balboa III: Follower's Fancy Footwork and Guy's Flash N Crash
